Henrico teachers shouldn't expect any raises in the coming school year.
The Henrico County School Board is expected to approve the school budget Thursday night.
Henrico County faced an $11 million budget shortfall. School leaders say they made cuts in all areas to close the gap, from saving money on utilities, to not refilling some positions.
School leaders have also said that teachers shouldn't expect any pay increases.
The school board will meet and vote on the calendar and the budget at 6:30 p.m.
