HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
School leaders in Henrico want to increase the amount of half-days next school year, from three to six days.
Henrico leaders are trying to give more time for teacher planning.
These extra half-days can be seen as an inconvenience for some parents as they try to find out where to send their kids when they school ends earlier than normal.
This decision will come down to a vote Thursday night.
