
It still may be decades away, but people living in Chesterfield got a first glimpse of how a high-speed rail project would alter their neighborhoods and roads.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the current plans could relocate parts of Kingsland Road near Chester.
The paper reports that construction on Pine Forest Drive could also block drivers in nearby neighborhoods.
The Virginia Department of Rail and Transportation will present it's reviews Wednesday at the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors meeting.
