A suspect in a child abduction case in Albemarle County has been deemed safe to the community.
James Key suffers from seizures since child birth and was having one back in November 2012 at Fashion Square Mall when he grabbed the child during an episode.
The Commonwealth's Attorney in Albemarle has determined that Key is not a threat to the community.
