Richmond Police have made an arrest in connection with the homicide in Woodland Heights Sunday night.
Tyrone Taylor, 35, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Police responded to the intersection of Forest Hill Avenue and West 34th Street around 9 p.m. where they found Jared Ellison shot. Ellison was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Police believe the motive in the shooting is drug-related.
