
A Chesterfield woman who pulled a gun out at a bus stop has withdrawn her appeal in court.
Susan Desantiago, 33, was found guilty of assault and battery and brandishing a firearm for pulling a gun out on a several teenagers and putting it against the head of a 16-year-old girl.
Desantiago was sentenced to a year in jail with 10 months suspended.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, a judge ruled the mother of five will not have to report to jail until after her husband returns from active duty deployment. Her husband is a soldier at Fort Lee.
