A viewer told us her neighbor's dog was going to die if someone didn't help. We were there when we found "Boe" the dog starved, and our tipster, devastated.
A controversial Voter Identification Bill could pass the General Assembly as early as today. It would require Virginians to present photo ID at the polls on Election Day, something Democrats are strongly against. It would bar voters from using currently acceptable forms of ID like government checks or voter registration cards. Critics call it a ploy to keep certain groups away from the polls; supporters say it's a way to prevent fraud. We will keep you posted.
