RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A body was pulled from the James River Tuesday afternoon, according to sources.
The situation is still unfolding beneath the Powhite Parkway bridge near Douglasdale Road. The location is not far from the wastewater treatment plant.
Richmond Police are currently investigating. They do not expect foul play in this death.
