Today, Chesterfield County takes on the issue and leaders may have come up with a solution. We could see a new limit on the number of children allowed at in home daycare's. Right now the limit is 12, but leaders say 12 kids in a small house doesn't make sense.
We're also following a number of breaking news stories this morning and both of them involve fires. We are learning that one fire may have been used to cover up a murder.
Also, breaking overnight -- Oscar Pistorius is charged with the premeditated murder of his model girlfriend. Now the question is will a judge grant him bail.
