If Valentine's Day left you with a migraine headache, you are not alone.
Dr. Patrick Woodward says it is not a coincidence.
A migraine is sort of an electrical storm in the brain.
Dr. Woodward believes there are more migraines because Valentine's Day brings with it things that can cause flare ups. Chocolate and wine are common triggers of migraines in many people.
Treatment is often with over the counter migraine relievers and avoiding the triggers.
