Jackson is a 5 year old Bichon Frise. Jackson was last seen on Wed, Feb 6 on Mullens Lane [off of E. Washington St]. He is all-white and approx. 15lbs [often mistaken for a poodle]. He is very friendly. He has on a blue collar with orange stars.
