RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
The man police say is the prime suspect in the death of a Henrico store clerk goes before a judge Wednesday.
19-year-old Jamon Burroughs is accused of gunning down Farooq Bhimdi in his store last month.
Police say Bhimidi was shot three times during an attempted robbery. His body was found on the floor.
Police credit store surveillance video for helping them help track down Burroughs.
Burroughs is expected in court Wednesday at 9 a.m.
