A Maryland man accused of a gruesome murder in Colonial Beach will be in court Tuesday.
William H. Baker is charged with first degree murder as well as breaking and entering with a weapon with intent to murder.
On the night of October 2, Elizabeth "Neicey" Thompson was in her room at the Beach Gate Motel in Westmoreland County with her boyfriend, when prosecutors say Baker forced his way in the room, and stabbed her multiple times. She died soon after.
There were several witnesses and those witnesses told police what happened and who did it. Five hours later, police arrested and charged Baker.
He will appear before General District Court at 11 a.m.
