Representative Bobby Scott has invited the mother of a Virginia Tech shooting survivor to Tuesday night's State of the Union address.
Lori Hass is the Virginia organizer of The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. Hass' daughter, Emily, was shot twice during the Virginia Tech massacre, but survived.
