We have new information about the fatal stabbing that happened Saturday afternoon in the city's east end.
Richmond Police have arrested 21-year-old Barbara Banks on murder charges.
Police say the victim is 27-year-old Keon Robinson.
Around 1 p.m. Saturday, officers found Robinson lying in the parking lot of the Coalter Street Apartments, suffering from apparent stab wounds. He died on scene.
