RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A vehicle strikes a man in the 3100 block of Hull Street, and flees the scene. Police say the call for help came in about 2:18 a.m. Saturday.
Richmond Police Lt. Jeremy Sayles says the victim was transported to VCU Medical Center with injuries to his head and limbs. Sayles describes the victim as a 44-year-old black man.
Detectives are investigating the incident. No description of a vehicle has been released at this time.
