CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
Chesterfield Police have arrested a man who they say impersonated a police officer and threatened a driver in the Woodlake area.
Nicholas Solferino, 19, was arrested Friday in relation to the incident. He is charged with impersonating a police officer.
Police say the imposter attempted to pass the victim several times. He then parked his car behind the man he followed, got out, and told the victim he would have him monitored for speeding.
