Breaking: Pedestrian hit in Henrico

Developing: One a person is recovering in the hospital after being hit by an S-U-V overnight in Henrico. The man was reportedly on the hood of the Jeep Cherokee for 50 feet before he fell off. This happened on Harvie Road at Reynolds Road.

Rain here but people in the Northeast are bracing for what could be a potentially historic blizzard! Many airlines have already canceled hundred of flights. We will have an update.

Also, there is a Health Alert to tell you about. Researchers have discovered a new strain of whooping cough that may be resistant to the vaccine. The new germ was identified in France and accounts for 14-percent of cases there. U-S health leaders are now looking into a dozen cases that may be caused by the same strain.
