Is a dog's tongue worse than its bite? A new study suggests canine mouths are full of bacteria and it can spread to you - through dog kisses. Investigative reporter Rachel DePompa takes a look at whether kissing your dog is a don't.

The City of Richmond is telling residents and property owners to watch where you put your trash. Beginning in March, city leaders will enforce an ordinance that could leave you with major fines if your supercans and recycling bins are placed in public right of ways.
