CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
The Chesterfield man blamed for dozens of shoddy generator and HVAC installations will be back in Chesterfield court on Tuesday.
Stephen Mills pled guilty to four more charges, and he promised to pay four more families in the next six months.
A judge says he must pay up, or be held in contempt of court, which could land him in jail.
