A student was hit by a car while crossing the street to go to a Richmond school bus Thursday morning.
Police say, the bus didn't have it's lights or stop sign activated and a car drove around the bus and hit the young student in the 2200 block on Williamsburg Road.
The child is fine, but the bus driver was charged with failure to report an accident after an injury.
Police are still trying to find the vehicle.
