Now at Noon: Henrico Bus Crash, Richmond Police Chief, Cold Case

A man has been charged with reckless driving in a crash that injured 11 students on a Henrico School bus headed to Elko Middle School this morning. Ashley Monfort spoke with a witness and will have full details coming up at noon.

Chief Bryan Norwood will be sticking around as Richmond's Police Chief after Raleigh chose to promote from within for its top cop position. Norwood was one of 3 finalists for the position, but was passed over for the job.
