Source: Richmond Times-DispatchRichmond's skyline may soon change as one developer plans to build a 15-story office tower.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that the building is expected to replace a parking lot that currently sits on East Cary Street, between 8th St. and 9th St.
We've learned the McGuire-Woods Law Firm would be the new buildings biggest tenant. The tower could be completed by the summer of 2015.
