HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
Home values are down again in Henrico.
According to the Times-Dispatch, county officials say property values are down about 1.8% for 2012. Home values were down nearly 5% in 2011.
The real estate tax base is up slightly due to an increase in commercial properties.
