RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Mayor Dwight Jones is preparing to deliver his annual "State of the City" address.
He'll speak Tuesday night at Richmond Centerstage.
Everyone is invited to attend, but seating is first come, first serve.
The address begins at 6:30 p.m. and is expected to run until 8 p.m.
We'll have a crew there for Mayor Jones' speech and will bring you highlights of what the mayor wants to accomplish in the new year.
