A traffic stop on Sunday ended in Kilgore Police allegedly finding methamphetamine in a Kilgore woman's body cavity.
Cassie Faye Thompson, 21, was stopped by a Kilgore police officer for a traffic violation. The officer found Thompson had two outstanding traffic warrant and she was transported to the Kilgore Municipal Jail.
While being processed at the jail, Thompson made several movements indicating she had something concealed in her underwear. She was transported to the Good Shepherd Medical Center emergency room in Kilgore, where police say a small baggie of methamphetamine was recovered from a body cavity.
Thompson was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies.
