RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Police are investigating what caused a car to overturn in a Richmond neighborhood late Sunday night.
The overturned car was at the intersection of Shepard and Ellwood around 11 p.m.
The car barely missed several homes in the neighborhood.
