
Richmond's Police Chief heads south with the possibility of a new job offer. Chief Bryan Norwood joined two other finalists in a public forum in Raleigh, North Carolina.
All three are vying for the position of Raleigh's Chief of Police.
Raleigh city manager, Russell Allen, says Norwood has all the qualities to become Chief of Police.
Norwood's competition includes a 44-year-old Deputy Chief of Police in Dallas and Raleigh's Interim Police Chief.
