
A Powhatan man is accused of having heroin in a car with an infant in the backseat.
Jonathan Crisp, 30, is facing charges of drug possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Officers found him sitting in a car parked on Mechanicsville Turnpike Monday night. Detectives say he had heroin and other drug paraphernalia. They also say an infant was in the backseat. Another person in the car now has custody of the child.
