CHESTER, VA (WWBT) -
A water main break that caused a major traffic alert in Chester is now clear.
At one point, traffic on Harrowgate road was down to one lane, while crews worked to repair the water main.
Hundreds of homes could still be without water. Neighborhoods affected include Treeland Heights, Greenbriar, and Broadwater Townhomes.
