The Chesterfield Schools superintendent says he's hopeful 2013 won't bring any layoffs - and better yet, all employees will get a raise.
Superintendent Marcus Newsome outlined the new budget to the School Board Tuesday night.
Newsome says his employees have worked hard, but raises are reliant on the school system getting the nearly $4 million needed to balance expenditures.
Newsome also says he won't have to cut any instructional programs.
