CHESTER, VA (WWBT) -
Around 600 Chester homes will be without water Tuesday night due to a broken water main, according to Chesterfield's Department of Utilities.
Crews will begin working on the main on Harrowgate Road in Chester starting at 7 p.m. Homes in the Treeland Heights, the Greenbriar subdivision and Broadwater Townhomes may not have water until early Wednesday morning.
Traffic on Harrowgate Road will also be affected by the repair work. Only one lane of the road will be open to traffic.
