We are well into the new year and it is the time where already, resolutions start to fade.
Dr. Patrick Woodward is particularly interested in health related resolutions.
The key is make them "achievable".
For instance, rather than saying you want to lose 30 pounds, resolve to lose a pound a week or 3-5 pounds in month.
If you can manage small, easy exercise goals and feel good, then add some other form of recreational activity 1-2 a week and build from there.
