Group taking I-95 toll fight to the General Assembly

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

A bipartisan group is expected to unveil some new measures in the General Assembly that would make it tougher to install tolls on Interstate 95.

The "Virginia toll free I-95" campaign wants several bills introduced to require General Assembly approval for tolling interstates.
