A vigil will be held Thursday night for a suspect who was shot and killed by a Chesterfield police officer.
The shooting happened in the early morning hours of January 13. Investigators say Frankie Pitt stole registers from two convenience stores leading up to the deadly shooting. Investigators say Pitt struggled with the officer.
Pitt's family says they aren't sure it's him in the surveillance video.
The vigil will be held at 5:40 p.m. at Pitt's home on Cottrell Road.
