PRINCE GEORGE, VA (WWBT) -
A North Carolina driver is spending her Saturday night behind bars after a bizarre crash in Prince George County.
This happened just after 7:30 a.m. Saturday on Southbound I-295 in Prince George County.
Deputies say the 42-year old woman fled from a traffic stop, hit a guard-rail and a big rig, then crashed -- and tried to run away.
Deputies were originally going to pull her over for reckless driving -- but now the list of charges is much longer. Fortunately no one was hurt in the crash -- it did however shut down and tie up the Southbound lanes for an hour.
