RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Following an interfaith prayer service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Saturday morning, Mayor Dwight Jones was sworn in during a ceremony at city hall.
This happened at 12:00 p.m. Saturday in the Richmond City Council Chambers.
This is Mayor Jones' second term in office.
