
Source: Collegiate SchoolRussell Wilson may have helped break the backs of Redskins' fans, but he's got plenty of support from the students and staff at Collegiate School.
Wilson's alma mater celebrated the Seattle Seahawks rookie quarterback's first NFL playoff win Friday. Students wore Seattle Seahawks or Collegiate spirit and enjoyed cake decorated with a congratulatory message to Russell and the Seattle Seahawks.
Wilson graduated Collegiate in 2007. He led the Seahawks to a 24-14 win over the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field in the Wild Card round.
Collegiate School is a K-12 preparatory school founded in 1915 located in western Henrico County.
