On Tuesday, Kilgore officers responded to the CVS Pharmacy in Kilgore in regards to a forged prescription. When officers arrived on the scene they located a man and woman who were attempting to pass the forged prescription.
Kilgore Police arrested 35-year-old, Pat Still of Overton and 31-year-old, Denise Dooley of Mt. Enterprise.
Dooley was charged with failure to identify and fraud and Still was charged with two Rusk County Warrants, possession of a controlled substance and fraud. Both were booked into the Kilgore Jail.
