The developers behind the W. Broad Street Village in Short Pump are now eyeing another possible project further west of Short Pump Towne Center.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Markel-Eagle partners recently bought 75 acres on West Broad, just west of Strange's Florist, near Gayton Road.
Unlike the West Broad Village project, which is a mix of apartments, townhomes and retail stores, the developers tell the paper that this new project might include housing.
