Paul Sybert wrote the song, “You Lift Me Up” for the wedding of Paul’s sister Sue to Ray Allen some years ago. Ray was a retired commander in the in the US Navy and Paul sung and performed this song in Hampton, Virginia at a Navy Base chapel. Ray died in December of 2012 and this song is on Paul Sybert’s website: http://www.paulsybert.com
