RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
The man accused in a deadly hit-and-run in Henrico is set to go on trial Tuesday.
18-year-old Kara Rivers-Lengyel, was walking in the 600 block of Patterson Avenue, near Pump Road, when she was hit last May. Prosecutors say Reginald Addo was behind the wheel.
According to testimony, Addo left the scene, ditched his car, and hid in the woods until a tracking dog sniffed him out.
Addo faces up to 10 years behind bars, if convicted.
