Governor McDonnell plans to unveil his long-promised transportation funding reform package Tuesday, and it comes less than a day before state lawmakers convene for their General Assembly session.
Tuesday afternoon the governor is expected to outline what aides say is a sweeping package that was still a work in progress late last week.
We've done several stories on how some leaders would consider tolls on I-95 or I-64. Some have considered eliminating the gas tax and increasing the sales tax to fund transportation.
