The case against a former Virginia boy scout leader, facing a child sex charge, is now headed to a grand jury.
David Watkins waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Albemarle County court today.
Watkins is charged with one count of forcible sodomy of a juvenile.
Investigators say the victim was under 13 when the attack happened back in 2005.
Watkins was a troop leader for six years.
Police believe there may be more victims who've yet to come forward.
