HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -
Henrico Police have charged a student with disorderly conduct after they say he showed a gun at school.
Police were called to Hermitage High School at 4:25 p.m. Monday for reports of a man with a handgun. They found 18-year-old Kavon B. Gittens, a student, in a vehicle in the parking lot.
A BB gun was located in the trunk of the vehicle.
Police have charged Gittens with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
