He wrote on both platforms Monday, "Many may question, criticize & think they have all the right answers. But few have been in the line of fire in battle."
Later he posted, "I thank God for perspective and because of that I appreciate the support from everyone. I also appreciate the criticism."
Then he wrote, "When adversity strikes you respond in one of two ways....You step aside and give in. Or you step up and fight."
The comments came a day after the Redskins season came to an end and RGIII took a beating from the Seattle Seahawks defense.
Redskins fans on NBC12's Facebook page had RGIII's back.
"RGIII is a great player with a great mind he knows his heart and his limitations. He is Highly favored. And he will prevail. Even after the game," wrote Corliss Johnson.
And others didn't seem to like Coach Mike Shanahan's decision making.
"No matter what I say RG3 playing football on one knee sure doesn't give the Redskins a better chance to win," wrote Lawrence Finer.
Griffin did not comment to the media Monday. All eyes will be on the quarterback as he goes for an MRI Tuesday.
