Oreo is a black Lab mix w/a tiny white spot on his chest/breast bone. He is gentle and timid. Last seen around 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 in the Museum District (Near 7-Eleven/Banditos on Patterson Avenue a block away from the VMFA/Virginia Historical Society). Last seen in his royal blue collar attached to his retractable (black and royal blue) leash. May have slipped out of his collar though.
