CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -
Authorities are investigating a report of indecent exposure at a north Chesterfield shopping center.
It happened at the Meadowdale Shopping Center. Police say the suspect approached the victim in the parking lot and exposed himself around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
