Six Richmond middle school students charged in the beating of their bus driver are due back in court Wednesday afternoon.
Their parents say the November attack, escalated after someone started throwing crayons at the 55-year-old driver.
Parents say the driver pulled over, confronted one student and actually started choking another. The parents claim that's why other kids jumped in to help.
Four boys and two girls, are charged with felonies. They are currently under house arrest.
