RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Two Richmond Police officers were taken to the hospital after their patrol vehicles crashed on the city's Southside.
One of the police cruisers was pulling out from Kinsley Avenue onto Broad Rock just before 11 a.m., when it was hit by another police cruiser. An officer from each car was injured and taken to the hospital to be checked out. They're expected to be okay.
The vehicles suffered significant damage and the crash is now under investigation.
